The firm adopts venture-building strategies alongside VC and PE best practices, leveraging the ownership and management’s extensive experience as leading venture builders in the region with a proven track record of success.
Raz Amwal is licensed to conduct Investment Management and Securities Advisory activities (license number: 21227-22). It offers a range of distinguished and innovative services through the launch of specialized investment funds that align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s evolving economic landscape.
The Advisory Division, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), provides a comprehensive suite of essential services, including financial due diligence, indicative valuation analysis, transaction support, business plan development, and financial planning.
Al Malki our independent board member, is an experienced financial sector professional with 30 years of diverse expertise. He held prominent leadership roles at leading semi-government and private sector entities, Growth-driven and dynamic results-oriented with a pragmatic leadership style. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MADR Investment Company and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Faisal University

Riyadh is an experienced Saudi entrepreneur who began his entrepreneurship career in 2000, empowering more than 120 entrepreneurs across the GCC. Through the investment concept, he founded “Takaful Investment”, as well as being an investor in the “Shark Tank” program, and a member of 15 different social organizations and joint-stock companies
Tariq Al-Othman
Vice Chairman
Tariq is the vice-chairman of the board. He brings with him tremendous experience from banking, industrial, real estate, investments, and corporate sectors; with 20 years in banking and 18 years in real estate Currently, he serves as the vice-chairman and CEO of Tijara Real Estate in Kuwait.
Abdullah Al Zamel
CEO & Board Member
Abdulah is the Co-Founder of Raz Amwal, he is a Serial Entrepreneur who has established multiple companies in his more than 20 years of experience along with that he is a successful Trainer. Abdullah also serves on the board of multiple organizations, investment committees, including the saudi financial technology company and has been a regular speaker at multiple local and international conferences.
