It focuses on venture capital and private equity investments along with providing advisory services primarily to the SME sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company uses business growth strategies in tandem with the best practices of venture capital, the company and its management team have an extensive background in this field as being one of the pioneers of project building in the region with a proven track record Raz Amwal Company was established under the Ministry of Commerce Resolution No. S/12646 and CR No. 1010742459, and 7025835351 issued from Riyadh 9/2/1443 H, CMA license No 21227-22 issued 25/11/1442 H.

Tariq is the vice-chairman of the board. He brings with him tremendous experience from banking, industrial, real estate, investments, and corporate sectors; with 15 years in banking and 13 years in real estate Currently, he serves as the vice-chairman and CEO of Tijara Real Estate in Kuwait.
Abdullah Al Zamel
Abdullah is the Co-Founder of Raz Amwal, he is a Serial Entrepreneur who has established multiple companies in his nearly 20 years of experience along with that he is successful Trainer. Abdullah also serves on the board of multiple organizations, investment committees, including the Saudi financial technology company, and has been a regular speaker at local and international conferences.
Mohamad Al Malki
Al Malki our independent board member, is an experienced financial sector professional with 30 years of diverse expertise. He held prominent leadership roles at leading semi-government and private sector entities, Growth-driven and dynamic results-oriented with a pragmatic leadership style. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MADR Investment Company and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Faisal University.
