- The Company will provide the following services for managing the private funds
- Establish and manage private non real estate funds
- Source and analyze investment opportunities
- Recommending appropriate deals to fund board
- Overseeing portfolio companies and monitoring their technological and valuation advancement
- Recommend to the portfolio company the means to transition technologies from the research lab to the marketplace
- Recommend the optimal strategies to the portfolio companies for growth through vertical and horizontal acquisitions/mergers
- Prepare the organizational structure and authority matrices in relation to each of the Fund’s Investments
- Draft and review all fund related documents
- Secure business partners consent and approvals
- File fund documents
